Step outside to a huge backyard with a BBQ grill (propane not included) + seating area, ideal for gatherings and pets. Each bedroom includes a TV, plus there’s a game area for added fun. Other Details to Note
This home features a smart lock for easy access. Your unique code will be sent to you the morning of check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless we’ve agreed on different times in advance. A propane tank is provided for the BBQ grill, but it may be empty depending on previous guest use. If you plan to grill, you can refill it at the nearest gas station. We want your stay to be as smooth as possible, so feel free to reach out through the app with any questions!

You’re a short drive from Carrollwood Village, Dale Mabry’s restaurants, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, and about 20 minutes from the airport and downtown. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation — a great home base for exploring Tampa.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, large living and dining areas, the game area, and the spacious backyard with BBQ grill and seating. The only space not accessible is one locked closet that we use to store backup inventory and supplies. Everything else in the home is yours to enjoy during your stay!

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available and arrive quickly. The area is also walkable for casual strolls, with nearby parks, lakes, and local shops within a short drive. While Tampa does offer public transportation, it’s limited in this area—so having a car or using rideshare is the easiest and fastest way to get around.
